Attendance

• It’s important to be punctual

We are very interested in your academic performance, so please make sure to arrive on time for your classes.

• If you attended the class on time and

The teacher got a few minutes late. You can call us or message the teacher directly or please call us immediately on Whatsapp.

• Kindly don’t be late

As the teacher is so organized and committed to other students’ appointments, she will not make up for these missed minutes.

• It’s not acceptable when..

If the teacher is late to class for more than two times a month, please inform us.

Absence

• In case of an emergency.

You wanted to reschedule your class. It’s important to inform your teacher at least 3 hours before your class starts. It’s unfortunate that you won’t be able to attend this class if you don’t inform your teacher.

• Your sole option is to reschedule.

Your classes are scheduled twice monthly for emergencies. If you cancel any more classes after that, they will be considered as absences.

• If the teacher was unable to attend the class

If there is a sudden emergency, we will ensure that the teacher reschedules the class for you. However, if this happens more than twice a month, please contact us immediately.

• In case you need to suspend your classes

If you want to resume later, you can contact us and we’ll handle it for you.

Follow up | Reports

• Regular reports

You will be given a monthly report by the teacher, which will include notes or comments from the teacher, and details on how your level has been improved.

• Progress Tracking

Our quality department keeps track of every student in the academy to ensure that their performance is improving over time. Providing solutions for each case and developing a proper plan and studying system for each student. Our system is designed to perfectly guide students through their studying journey, from one level to another.
