Payment and Refund Policy

  • You can use PayPal and Stripe to make payments with a credit or debit card

Through our payment system, we provide both manual and automatic methods for making monthly subscription payments. You can choose the method that suits you. The payment is made in advance at the beginning of each month.

  • Invoice

You will receive an email with the invoice from Al-Manarah Academy at the beginning of each month. Please make sure that payment is made on time so that we can schedule your classes.

  • Suspended

If payment is not done on time, unfortunately we will consider this as you do not wish to continue your classes for another month, so your classes will be suspended.

  • On a monthly basis.

Payment for any study plan you select is done on a monthly basis for 4 weeks. Please ensure that they have a fixed number of classes each month. Please get in touch with me if you want to add more hours.

  • Holidays for students.

If you still have one or more classes that you haven’t received yet because of any holidays, please make sure to arrange it with your teacher to make up these classes for you before the end of the month. Otherwise, just inform us and we will credit or forward these classes to the next month.

  • Refund

In case you decide to discontinue your classes and still have some left, we guarantee a 100% refund for the classes you haven’t taken.

  • Certificate

Upon completion of each level, you will be awarded a certificate of completion until you have completed all levels and received your Ijazah, inshaAllah.

  • Changing your study plan

Before you receive the next invoice, please let us know if you wish to increase or decrease your study plan.

  • Holidays of Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha

Muslims celebrate the holidays of Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha. Both students and teachers have holidays at the academy.

  • Deactivating your account

If you have any personal reasons or emergencies, don’t hesitate to contact us two days before your classes end to complete the necessary steps.

  • Flexible study plans are available for Quran, Arabic, and Islamic studies.
  • One class can be shared by children and parents only have to pay for one child.
  • Sharing a class with a parent and child is possible without any additional fees.
  • Courses and programs for both children and adults are included in all prices.
