This Al Manaarah learning guide supports Quran Recitation Correction (Tashih). Use it before a lesson to identify a starting point, then return to the activity after teacher feedback.
Record the place and the feature
After a guided recitation, note the passage and the specific point your teacher corrected. Separate a word you could not decode from a sound or rule you recognised but did not apply. These difficulties call for different practice.
Keep the correction small
Use the teacher’s model and revisit the relevant word or transition. Then return to a connected section so the correction is not isolated from reading. Avoid filling the notebook with so many points that none receives attention.
Return without the prompt
At a later practice, try the selected section again before looking at your note. Record whether the same prompt was needed. Bring the result to class: it helps focus the next correction. This record supports the work in Al Manaarah’s recitation-correction strand without turning every attempt into a score.
Try this alongside your lesson
Record the passage, the exact correction and a useful prompt in separate columns. At the next lesson, attempt the passage before reading the prompt and check whether the correction holds.

Bring your attempt and one specific question to your Al Manaarah teacher. Choose the starting level through placement and feedback; a related course is an option to discuss, not a requirement to enrol in every program.
