Questions & answers

What should I choose for my first lesson?

Choose the skill you most want to work on: reading Quran, reciting more accurately, using Arabic or understanding an Islamic Studies topic. Tell us what you already know so we can discuss the appropriate starting course.

Can a parent help choose a course?

Yes. Share the learner’s age, previous experience and any particular difficulties. We can then discuss the course options and availability before you make a decision.

Which Arabic pathway fits my goal?

Modern Standard Arabic develops reading, writing and language foundations. Egyptian Arabic focuses on expressions and situations used in everyday conversation. Your intended use of the language can guide your choice.

What happens after I request a free trial?

Your request opens a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. The academy then confirms the available time and lesson arrangements with you. A request alone does not confirm a booking.

Where can I check the cost?

Review the course plans or the Offers page for the displayed prices and package options. Confirm the final amount, schedule and payment arrangements with the academy before paying.

Can I ask about my level before enrolling?

Yes. Tell us which skills feel comfortable and where you need help. The academy may suggest a reading, speaking or knowledge check to help identify a starting level.

How are monthly payments made?

Pay in advance at the beginning of each month for 4 teaching weeks using the academy’s PayPal or Stripe invoice instructions. The monthly invoice is sent by email. Unpaid renewals suspend classes.

What if I stop with classes remaining?

Al Manaarah refunds 100% of the fees for classes you have not taken if you discontinue. Contact support to identify the unused lessons and arrange the refund.

Can family members share one class?

Yes. Children can share one class for the price of one child, and a parent and child can share without an extra fee. Choose the shared family class option. Separate individual plans are priced separately.

What happens to holiday lessons?

Arrange replacement lessons before the end of the month. If that is not possible, inform the academy so remaining holiday lessons can be credited or carried into the next month. Both students and teachers have Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha holidays.

Will I receive a certificate?

A certificate of completion is awarded after each level. Quran students following the Ijazah pathway continue through its required levels toward their Ijazah, inshaAllah. External examination qualifications and accreditation are separate.
