About this notice

Al Manaarah uses information to answer inquiries, consider job applications, manage submitted feedback and protect its website. Contact cs@al-manaarah.com with privacy questions. This notice describes the website functions currently implemented; it does not describe a payment platform or a student learning portal.

Contact messages and job applications

Contact forms request your name, phone or WhatsApp number, subject and message; email is optional. Careers applications request contact details, country or time zone, area of interest, experience, qualifications and availability, with any additional fields shown on the form. Provide only information needed for your inquiry or application. Do not submit identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through these forms.

Where submitted information goes

Contact messages and job applications are transmitted through the academy’s email service for staff follow-up. The current forms do not save their message or application payloads in the website database. Copies may remain in the academy’s mailboxes, mail-provider systems and their backups. This does not mean the information disappears after sending.

Course inquiries through WhatsApp

Selecting a course package prepares a WhatsApp message containing the selected course, package and calculated price. Sending takes place through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices. The website does not save course enrollment inquiries in its database. A prepared message is not an enrollment confirmation or payment receipt.

Reviews and publication

The feedback form collects the displayed name, country, relationship to the learner, subject, rating and review text. Submissions are stored for moderation and are not automatically published. Published feedback may display the approved attribution, country, rating and statement. Contact the academy to request correction or removal of your review. Avoid including a child’s full name or identifying personal details.

Children and guardians

Parents or guardians should manage inquiries about children and provide only the details needed to discuss suitable lessons. Do not submit a child’s identifying documents, private recordings or other unnecessary sensitive information. Any additional information needed for teaching must be explained and agreed through an appropriate guardian process.

Cookies, service providers and security records

The website uses a session cookie for sign-in, form security and session preferences. Security and abuse-prevention records may include timestamps, hashed address or rate-limit identifiers, account and administration activity. Embedded video providers can receive information when their content is loaded; their privacy terms apply. Email and WhatsApp providers also process information through their respective services.

Access, retention and your requests

Access to administration features is restricted by staff permissions. Email, application, moderation and security records have different operational purposes. Ask the academy how long a particular record is retained or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. A request may require proportionate identity checks. The academy must confirm its retention schedule and relevant service-provider arrangements before this draft becomes an adopted notice.

Changes and contact

Material changes should be reflected in a dated policy version. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to cs@al-manaarah.com. This draft is prepared for academy review and does not claim legal certification or complete regulatory compliance.
