Scope and academy contact

These terms describe learning arrangements for students and parents or guardians at Al Manaarah. For registration, inquiries or support, contact cs@al-manaarah.com or WhatsApp +1 (914) 848-3634. Confirm course placement, teacher availability and the agreed learning plan before enrollment.

Choosing a course and package

Select the course and an available package. Displayed prices, lesson lengths and calculated discounts describe the selected configuration; confirm the final amount, currency, number of students, lesson format, billing period and schedule directly with the academy. A WhatsApp inquiry does not create an enrollment, completed purchase or guaranteed place.

Monthly study plans and changes

Each monthly study plan covers 4 teaching weeks and an agreed, fixed number of classes. Flexible plans are available for Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies, for both children and adults.
You may include more than one course in the same package. Choose suitable weekly days and times with the academy. If you would like extra hours, contact us to arrange them.
If you wish to increase or decrease your study plan, tell the academy before the next invoice is issued.

Family class sharing

Children may share one class, with the parent paying for one child only. A parent and child may also share the same class without an additional fee.
This applies to family members attending the same shared class. Separate individual class plans remain separate bookings. Tell the academy who will share the class when arranging your package and schedule.

Placement and learning expectations

Share relevant learning goals and your starting level so suitable lessons can be arranged. Progress depends on starting ability, attendance and practice. Course descriptions do not guarantee fluency, memorization, a fixed completion date, employment or external accreditation. Level-completion certificates and the applicable Ijazah pathway are described below; external examination arrangements are separate.

Parents and guardians

A parent or guardian should handle arrangements for a child, confirm age suitability and agree on appropriate lesson communication. Monthly teacher reports describe the learner’s progress and comments. Explain any necessary learning adjustments through an appropriate private channel, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information in public forms.

Attendance

Please be punctual and join each class at the agreed time. Confirm your time zone, lesson duration, frequency, online platform and equipment requirements before lessons begin.
If you arrive on time but the teacher is a few minutes late, message the teacher or contact the academy immediately on WhatsApp +1 (914) 848-3634.
If you arrive late, the missed minutes will not be made up because the teacher has other scheduled classes.
If the teacher is late more than twice in a month, please inform the academy.

Absence and emergency rescheduling

If an emergency prevents you from attending, inform your teacher at least 3 hours before the class starts to request rescheduling. Without this notice, the class is treated as an absence.
Up to two emergency class reschedules are allowed per month. Additional cancellations beyond this allowance are treated as absences.
If the teacher cannot attend because of a sudden emergency, the academy will arrange for the class to be rescheduled. If teacher absences occur more than twice in a month, contact the academy immediately.
If you need to suspend your classes and resume later, contact the academy so the arrangements can be handled with you.

Follow-up and monthly reports

Your teacher will provide a monthly report with notes or comments, details of your progress and improvements in your learning level.
The academy’s quality department follows each student’s progress, identifies areas needing support and works on an appropriate learning plan and study approach. Progress tracking helps guide students from one level to the next.

Payment and Refund Policy

PayPal and Stripe are available for payments using a credit or debit card. Monthly subscription payments may be made manually or automatically, according to the method agreed with the academy. Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each month.
Al Manaarah sends the monthly invoice by email at the beginning of the month. Please pay on time so your classes can be scheduled. If payment is not received on time, classes will be suspended because the subscription has not been continued for the next month.
Payments are processed through the payment provider’s secure system. If you do not have a PayPal account, contact the academy for assistance with the available payment method and invoice instructions.

Refund guarantee for unused classes

If you decide to discontinue your classes for any reason, Al Manaarah guarantees a 100% refund of the fees for the remaining classes you have not taken. Contact the academy to identify the unused classes and arrange the refund. The guarantee applies to unused classes, rather than classes already attended.

Student holidays and Eid breaks

If a holiday leaves you with one or more classes still to receive, arrange replacement classes with your teacher before the end of the month. If this cannot be arranged, inform the academy so the remaining classes can be credited or carried forward to the next month.
Both students and teachers have academy holidays for Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha. Coordinate the class schedule and any remaining lessons with the academy.

Certificates and the Ijazah pathway

A certificate of completion is awarded upon completion of each level. Students following the Quran Ijazah pathway continue through its required levels toward receiving their Ijazah, inshaAllah. Confirm the applicable pathway and completion requirements with the academy. A course completion certificate is distinct from an external examination qualification.

Account deactivation

If personal circumstances or an emergency mean you need to deactivate your account or stop your classes, contact the academy at least two days before your current classes end so the necessary arrangements can be completed. The unused-class refund policy applies if you discontinue with classes remaining.

Respect, safety and learning materials

Treat teachers, students and staff respectfully. Do not harass others, share private lesson links or distribute another person’s personal details. Ask for permission before recording or sharing a lesson or another person’s image or voice. Course materials may be used for the agreed learning purpose; further reproduction or distribution requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Concerns and complaints

Raise a teaching, scheduling or service concern with cs@al-manaarah.com or WhatsApp +1 (914) 848-3634, giving enough detail to identify the arrangement without including unnecessary private information. A child-safety concern should be brought promptly to the academy and, where immediate danger exists, to the appropriate local emergency service.

Customer support

You can contact customer support 24 hours a day by email at cs@al-manaarah.com or WhatsApp +1 (914) 848-3634. You may also use live chat when it is available on the website. Contact the team for help choosing a package, arranging a schedule, updating a plan or resolving a payment or lesson issue.

Privacy and updates

Information handling is described in the academy’s Privacy Policy. Keep a copy of the package and terms agreed for your enrollment. Changes to published website terms should carry a new date and should not silently replace separately agreed arrangements.
